    The small axial fan features low power consumption, rapid heat dissipation, minimal noise, energy efficiency, and environmental friendliness. Due to its compact size, it finds extensive applications. When the axial fan is initiated, the motor's current will surge to 5-6 times higher than the rated value. This not only impacts the motor's lifespan but also leads to increased electricity consumption. During system design, a certain margin is considered in motor selection as its speed remains fixed. However, in practical usage scenarios, there may be a need for lower or higher speeds which necessitates frequency conversion transformation. By employing an inverter, soft start of the motor can be achieved while enabling energy-saving speed regulation through altering input voltage frequency of the equipment. Additionally, it provides protection functions against over-currents,voltages,and loads. This type of fan finds application in ventilation or heat dissipation across various industries such as metallurgy, chemicals, light industry, food processing, medical equipment, mechanical systems, and civil buildings. Removing its casing allows it to function as a free-standing fan or installing it at intervals within long exhaust pipes enhances wind pressure within those pipes. Axial fan blades operate similarly to aircraft wings; however,the latter generates lift upwards supporting aircraft weight whereas axial fans are stationary and move air.
