    Product introductionintroduction

    1.The DC motor exhibits rapid response and high starting torque, enabling it to deliver rated torque performance from zero speed to the rated speed. However, the advantages of a DC motor also pose as disadvantages since maintaining a constant torque under rated load requires the armature magnetic field and rotor magnetic field to be maintained at 90°, achieved through carbon brushes and commutators. Unfortunately, these components generate sparks and toner during motor rotation, leading not only to component damage but also limiting their usage in certain applications. On the other hand, AC motors do not require carbon brushes or commutators, making them maintenance-free and robust for widespread use. Nevertheless, achieving performance equivalent to that of DC motors necessitates complex control technology due to inherent characteristics. With advancements in semiconductor power module switching frequency and microprocessor speeds today, drive motor performance has significantly improved. It is now possible to control AC motors using a rotating two-axis Cartesian coordinate system similar to controlling DC motors by appropriately manipulating two-axis current components.
